FP&A Administrator

Sundays is rapidly growing and committed to delivering top-quality products to our customers as we scale. We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator / Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in order to help drive the business toward that goal. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to contribute to our financial success and play a key role in our company's growth. This role will report directly to the SVP of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis:
• Analyze financial data, including sales, costs, and expenses, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decisions and long-term planning


• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and input for budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts


• Accounts Payable:
• Manage the 3rd party accounting firm that manages our Accounts Payable process
• Manage the budget and departmental reporting for the company


• Cash Management Control:
• Work with operations and procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
• Monitor cash flow, including receivables and payables, and work with the team to optimize working capital.


• Ad-Hoc Analysis:
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights on specific projects or initiatives as needed

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in an FP&A role
• Experience with ecommerce, subscription, and/or direct to consumer businesses
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Quickbooks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with inventory management accounting principles

Nice to Haves

• Experience with an ERP, or other supply chain systems
