Order Description:
1. Type: Locum
2. Position: MD/DO
3. Role: FP Physician with OB+C-section
  1. Need is for call coverage. No Clinic Hours.
4. Annual volume:
  1. 0-3 call backs.
  2. Clinic: 0-10 at most per day.
  3. 80-90 deliveries per year (approx 20% C-sections)
5. Support Staff:
  1. 24/7 CRNA Coverage
  2. Separate Newborn Coverage
6. Shift options: 7a-7a
7. EMR: Expanse-Avera McKennan
Candidate Requirements:
1. State License(s) accepted: MN
2. DEA/CSR required: UNKNOWN
3. Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required; exemptions may be filed
4. BC/BE:
5. Boards accepted: Specialty Boards- FPOB/FMOB
6. Residents: No
7. Life Certifications needed BLS and NRP (ACLS is not required by would be beneficial)
8. Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: N/A
9. Procedures logs needed: Will most likely be required at credentialing.
