Roles/Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects, timelines and deliverables between all three areas of the Foundation Operation Team.
- Manage, reconcile and process invoices and budget spreadsheets for the Foundation Operations Team.
- Manage the UAP requests for all areas of the Novant Health Foundations.
- Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel.
- Own the creation and management of the corporate Foundation calendar.
- Actively participate in system-wide department projects or implementations designed to increase effectiveness of the team, serving in a business analyst role.
- Consolidate and coordinate the development of reports, presentations and other system-wide materials.
- Collaborate with Novant Health Foundations and other departments to standardize and maximize processes to drive efficiencies. Documents procedures, processes and templates.
- Research best practices and coordinates information sharing tools and resources for all Foundation team members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Foundation inquiries and questions on all digital platforms
- Other duties as assigned.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree, Required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience of related work experience, required.
