Foundation Operations Coordinator

• Coordinate projects, timelines and deliverables between all three areas of the Foundation Operation Team.
• Manage, reconcile and process invoices and budget spreadsheets for the Foundation Operations Team.
• Manage the UAP requests for all areas of the Novant Health Foundations.
• Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel.
• Own the creation and management of the corporate Foundation calendar.
• Actively participate in system-wide department projects or implementations designed to increase effectiveness of the team, serving in a business analyst role.
• Consolidate and coordinate the development of reports, presentations and other system-wide materials.
• Collaborate with Novant Health Foundations and other departments to standardize and maximize processes to drive efficiencies. Documents procedures, processes and templates.
• Research best practices and coordinates information sharing tools and resources for all Foundation team members.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Foundation inquiries and questions on all digital platforms
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree, Required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience of related work experience, required.

  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
