Forklift/High Lift Operator - 1st Shift

Our St. Henry Processing plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st ShiftForklift/High Lift Operator to join our team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday approximately 6:30am-3:00pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.55-$20.70 with a potential increase after 90 days

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

• Moving products to and from the freezer/cooler areas and placing in their assigned area
• Accurately picking orders for outbound shipments
• Loading/unloading carriers per the shipment schedule and verifying the quantities match the order
• Moving trailers in/out of shipping docks and offal areas
• Completing all necessary ladings, packing slips, shipment paperwork, product verifications as needed
