Position Summary
The warehouse/forklift operator I is the core of our logistics operations supporting our manufacturing process. This position is responsible for the proper staging of our inbound, outbound and inventory control of our products and changeover of the logistics process to meet order demands.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
· You shall carry out all your responsibilities by applying and maintaining a culture of ethics and integrity in accordance with the values and standards of our Code of Conduct and Compliance Management System
· Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements that are defined within set work instructions
· With direct guidance in a team environment, perform routine product movement
· Inbound functions include: receiving, product placement, put away of product
· Outbound functions include: picking, packing, checking and shipping orders
· Inventory control includes: performing physical inventory, cycle counts, inventory moves and accountability for warehouse inventory accuracy
· Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Follow all OSHA safety regulations and established Sediver safety policies and procedures.
· Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards. Responsibly for reporting quality defects and preventing defects from moving out of the warehouse.
· Maintain 5S in the work area and look for continuous improvement opportunities
· Team members will be cross trained in other areas as needed
· Perform multiple operations through job rotation assignments
· Follow standard work procedures to perform operation(s)
· All other duties as assigned
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
· Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
· Must be licensed to operate Industrial Powered Equipment
· 1-2 years of previous manufacturing/warehouse experience required
· Must be able to follow directions clearly
· Written and Verbal Communication required
· Ability to operate computer software programs or learn computer programs quickly
· Perform basic math, read, write, and interpret job related documents/manuals
Technical Skills:
· Ability to work as a team and in a solo environment
· Willing and able to support management and others towards common goals
· Reliable attendance, including transportation and punctuality. Understanding communication with assigned supervisor is necessary if deviating from schedule.

· On site in West Memphis, AR plant location - 40 hours per week is required
