Location: Hanover, Maryland
Role: Full-Time (with comprehensive benefits package )

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Associate on our second shift (afternoon/evening) team at our Hanover, MD warehouse and distribution center.

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Associate on our second shift (afternoon/evening) team at our Hanover, MD warehouse and distribution center.
- Stores materials/equipment
- Upholds environmental health and safety standards
- Works closely with internal customers Store Associates and Sales Managers)
- Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors; dealers, owners)
- Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product
- Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive work space
- Willing to work a daily schedule from approximately 2:30pm - 11:00pm + Overtime (some teams may plan a work schedule that can flex to support the business needs.)

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
- Experience in the HVAC, industrial, commercial, parts supply, or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required
- Experience with forklift, clamp or squeeze lift, pallet jack or similar preferred
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
- Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers
- Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires
