Forklift Operator

Florida Best Block, part of the QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, a manufacturer for segmental concrete products for the commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customer, has an immediate opening for a Forklift Operatorlocated at our Tallahassee, FL facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform general material handling functions as required throughout the entire shift
• Re-stack pallets as necessary
• Tasks will be set according to daily production and will be monitored by the shift supervisor
• Work outside in all kinds of weather
• Perform general labor as needed

We require:

• Must have 1-year forklift experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and safely lift occasionally up to 50 pounds independently
• Ability to take direction in an environment with ever changing demands
• Must comply with safety rules and regulations
