Form of workA steel fabrication company in Arlington is looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join their team! This temporary-to-hire position offers full time hours, regular overtime opportunities, and the chance to use your skills to be an important part of the steel distribution industry.
If you have two years of forklift experience, enjoy working outside, have excellent attention to detail and are good at solving puzzles, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Forklift Operator Job Duties:
- Unloading trucks and checking in inventory
- Staging materials in designated areas
- Building loads for distribution to specific height and weight requirements
- Loading trucks for shipment
- Processing paperwork for shipments
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm; OT is required every other Saturday 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $18-$23/hr
Forklift Operator Requirements:
- 2 years forklift experience
- Ability to read and write in English
- Lift 50+ lbs without assistance
- Excellent attention to detail
- Medical/Dental
- 401K with employer matching
- PTO (4 hours for every 40 hours worked)
