Forklift Driver & Warehouse Associate - Evening (2:00 - 10:30 PM)

Job Summary:

The Warehouse/Shipping Associate is responsible for fulfilling customer orders by picking, staging, and shipping products. Under the direction of the Shipping Supervisor, Warehouse Associates will be assigned orders to assemble and stage for shipping. When trucks arrive for shipment, associates will load the trucks and ensure that all products are present before the truck leaves the warehouse. Warehouse Associates may be responsible for relabeling products, restocking cancelled orders, and reorganizing warehouse space as time permits.

Essential Duties:

· Receiving raw materials and ingredients for Elite Spice warehouses

· Pulling and putting away products

· Wrapping, labeling, and staging orders for shipment

· Inspecting and loading trucks for shipping and receiving

· Completing documentation and ensuring that all necessary shipping paperwork is correct.

· Operating a forklift in order to move product

· Assisting the Shipping Supervisor with any assigned duties

Qualifications:

· Ability to be organized and follow up on tasks

· Ability to communicate both written and orally

· Ability to work in an interdepartmental team setting and independently

· Ability to prioritize tasks

· Pleasant and positive attitude

· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.

· Forklift (Sit Down, Stand-up)

Environment Demands:

· Constant exposure to dust, spices, heat, cold, and loud sounds

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
