SalaryDoncasters Storms Forge in Springfield, MA is has an exciting opportunity for a Forger Trainee to join our team on Second Shift! Training rate is $33.00. You will earn a 5% shift differential for hours worked onSecond Shift.
As a Forger Trainee, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Loading the furnace and lubricate dies during forging operation
- Move raw material and forgings to and from their appropriate locations
- Help senior forgers with die and trim tool set ups
- Achieve daily output targets
- Meet minimum levels of quality expectations
- Support company initiatives to meet business needs and continually improve processes
- Other duties within the organization as assigned

Requirements:- Manufacturing experience
- Forging experience preferred but not required
