**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a carpenter (steel framing and millwork)
- Experience in retail construction is a plus
- Must have own vehicle and basic tools
- Willingness to travel within the Midwest region
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate retail construction projects
- Lead a team of carpenters in build outs and renovations
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards
