Foreign Military Sales Coordinator

CACI is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Coordinatorto assist our Army client at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD in providing direct technical and management support to Security Assistance Management Directorates (SAMDs) under multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Admin or case-funded requirements.
What You'll Get to Do:

  • Assist the PM Mission Command Mounted Mission Command (MMC) government team in the management and execution of all current or emerging Security Cooperation Armament Agreements (MOUs) aligned within the PM MC/PdM MMC and PdM Mission Command Support Center (MCSC) portfolios.
  • Support the PdM MMC Government Team in executing all project and program coordination, reporting, and execution requirements with both internal and external stakeholders including PM Mission Command TMD/RMD assets, PEO C3T FMS Director / Cell, stakeholder PEOs, DASA DE&C, DEVCOM, CECOM SEC/RDIT and SAMDs.
  • Participate in all applicable MMC Product technical reviews to maintain and understand relevance to active FMS Case and security cooperation and assistance requirements.
  • Assist or facilitate input to all PdM MMC Product Documentation for all aspects related to security cooperation and assistance to include all Mounted Mission Command-Software and Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P) operational and training documentation supporting coalition fires.
  • Participate in relevant security cooperation and assistance meetings. Includes FMS Case Program Management Reviews (PMR), FMS Logistics and Technical Working Groups, Artillery System Cooperation Activities (ASCA) working groups, coalition fires exercise planning conferences, foster working partnerships and relations with US coalition partners and allies.
  • Contribute to the FMS evaluation process, assist in identifying roles and responsibilities for the team assigned to a case, and perform business management activities to assess and analyze the potential cases submitted to the PdM.
  • Support travel requirements, up to 30 percent.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Active DoD Secret clearance, and ability to maintain clearance required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred, or Program Management/Business and 3 years of experience.
  • No degree and 6 years of work experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred
  • Army Security Assistance Enterprise Training (ASAE 101/201)
  • 5-10 years' experience in FMS case management or broad security cooperation and assistance experience
  • A background in fire support C2 systems or platforms
  • General knowledge and operational employment of MMC and JBC-P products including all Mission Command platforms, interfaces, systems and maneuver functions.
