Summary/Objective
The primary responsibilities of the Foreclosure Paralegal is to A Foreclosure Paralegal's job is to handle all legal aspects of a forclosure proceeding . Their responsibilities include:
- Helping attorneys prepare paperwork and documentation before foreclosing on a home loan or mortgage
- Interacting with borrowers and counsel regarding loan modifications or updates
- Coordinating with clients regarding the foreclosure process and strategic procedures
- Corresponding with clients, banks involved in the foreclosure, and home or building owners
- Ensuring that each party understands the requirements and takes the necessary steps to complete the process
Essential Functions.
- Working daily case assignments and tasks from Case Management System
- Updating Clients through their Client Systems
- Communicating with Clients via email, Client System, or phone, as necessary.
- Moderate Client Communication
- Managing Email communications internally and externally

- Ability to read and understand legal documents such as Notes, Mortgages, or Demand Letters.
- Outlook experience preferred.
- LoanSphere, VendorScape, Tempo experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
