Foreclosure Paralegal

Summary/Objective
The primary responsibilities of the Foreclosure Paralegal is to A Foreclosure Paralegal's job is to handle all legal aspects of a forclosure proceeding . Their responsibilities include:

• Helping attorneys prepare paperwork and documentation before foreclosing on a home loan or mortgage
• Interacting with borrowers and counsel regarding loan modifications or updates
• Coordinating with clients regarding the foreclosure process and strategic procedures
• Corresponding with clients, banks involved in the foreclosure, and home or building owners
• Ensuring that each party understands the requirements and takes the necessary steps to complete the process

Essential Functions.

• Working daily case assignments and tasks from Case Management System
• Updating Clients through their Client Systems
• Communicating with Clients via email, Client System, or phone, as necessary.
• Moderate Client Communication
• Managing Email communications internally and externally

• Ability to read and understand legal documents such as Notes, Mortgages, or Demand Letters.
• Outlook experience preferred.
• LoanSphere, VendorScape, Tempo experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
