Job Summary:
We are looking for fun and hard-working people to join our team. We provide a fun, fast-paced work environment. We travel all over the valley from Ogden to Utah County (sometimes farther). We have concerts at USANA, and we have expos at the Salt Palace and Mountain America as well. We are looking for a few people who love people and are unafraid of the occasional long shift. We serve food fast, so you must be willing to hustle. We want to give you a fun place to work and really try to take care of our people, as you are the reason we are so cool.
Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain food safety
- Provide great guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Food Truck
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not necessary
-A good attitude and personality
-Able to drive large Food Truck/pull trailer and or willing to learn (not required but very helpful) need clean driving record for this
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations or willing to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
