- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Food Truck
- Ensure the Food Truck is stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Coordinate and schedule staff shifts and breaks
- Train and supervise Food Truck staff, including cooks, cashiers, and servers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Prepare and cook food items as needed
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with Director of Operations/Owner for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
```Qualifications```
- MUST have valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in the culinary industry is required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Experience with POS system is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of staff members
Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. Will also be required to be ServSafe certified. Fun Trucks will pay for certification if needed. We have 6 Food Trucks with 5 concepts.
Pay will be discussed at time of interview. Bonuses are offered for meeting specific goals.

Pay: $18.62 - $22.42 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
