Food Truck Line Cooks

We are looking for passionate individuals to join the team on our brand new house truck at FLOCK Food Truck Park! Starting pay is $12-$15/hr + tips. This is a great opportunity to work alongside culinary experts while utilizing fresh local ingredients. We encourage creativity in menu development & specials. This is the perfect stepping stone for someone wanting to operate their own truck in the future or become a permanent fixture within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Stock inventory and rotate food items as needed
- Assist with serving food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is an essential part of this role. The successful candidate will have a friendly demeanor, be attentive to customer needs, and strive to create a positive dining experience.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
