We are seeking a reliable and experienced Food Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will ensure that our products are delivered safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload cargo
- Plan routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members effectively
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for accurate record keeping
- Familiarity with food safety regulations for transporting perishable goods
- Experience in the food service industry or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and culinary practices is a plus
- Experience with Toast POS system is highly desirable
- Ability to upsell products or services to customers

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
