Your Mission:
In this role, you will lead coordination, production & hands on execution for all food styling & photography used by Little Caesars global teams (R&D, Training, Marketing).
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Work collaboratively with global partners internally and externally to represent the product standards set by Global R&D and deliver the creative vision as the lead stylist for all food focused photo and video shoots.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in Little Caesars products globally, including equipment, recipes and operating procedures.
- Lead all food styling and photography for internal reference images & training materials as well as a variety of external applications from to social media to national advertising campaigns.
- Lead coordination of pre-production creative framework, ingredients and equipment needed to execute photography that accurately represents Little Caesars food products.
- Project management and coordination with culinary, R&D, operations, training and marketing disciplines to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Provide creative ideas or solutions to all LCE cross functional departments.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts -or- equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of food styling and food photography experience.
- Expertise in organization and attention to detail.
- Skilled content creator with a creative and artistic eye for design.
- Natural adaptability to work with food and operate food processing equipment in restaurant and test kitchen environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate business partners, build creativity and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple, complex projects and initiatives simultaneously with a results-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external colleagues, vendors, and suppliers.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Adobe products)
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to fifty (50) pounds of weight to transport food materials (bulk ingredients) and/or equipment.
- Ability to travel globally (20-40%) as well as ability to secure and maintain necessary credit and passport/visa/government documentation required to do so.
Where You’ll Work:
- A state-of-the-art building with a modern-day, open environment in the heart of The District Detroit.
- Research and development test kitchen environment and a variety of professional food studios globally.
- Little Caesars restaurants and non-traditional venues, to keep operations knowledge accurate and updated.
- You will be required to travel 30% to 40% via a variety of transportation modes for photo and video shots.
