This 400,000 –square foot, multi-specialty ambulatory center encompasses a Comprehensive Cancer and Women’s Health Center, 12 ambulatory surgery operating rooms and Multispecialty physician practices. Our new state-of-the-art building encompasses three 600 ton chillers, five individual air handling units and Schneider control systems.

Food Service Worker – Center for Community Health – Part-Time - Day Shift

In this role, the Food Service Worker will perform all duties assigned in the Food and Nutrition services department consistent with NYPBMH commitment to providing quality health care services in a compassionate and humane manner.

This is a part-time Day Shift position 1:00pm-5:00pm Monday-Friday, located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Center for Community Health.

Preferred Criteria:

• Previous food service experience.

Required Criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must be able to deal courteously with coworkers and guests.
• Work requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, reaching.
