Food Service Worker

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Service Worker to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Food Service department. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation, serving, and dining areas - Assist with food inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating supplies - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their food selections - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety - Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service Requirements: - Previous experience in the Food Service industry is preferred - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Basic math skills for cash handling purposes - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
