In approved Food Service locations without a fryer, daily tasks to include:
- Assemble, measure, and prepare food
- Wash dishes (cannot wash non minor approved knives)
- Weigh and prep ingredients
- Cut/Slice bread, vegetables, and cheese with minor approved knives only
- Counting, pre-packaging, and stocking product
- Remove food from oven, package, and label finished product
- Sweeping and mopping floors
