Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team! The Dietary Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met with the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the dietary department.
- Develop and implement dietary plans based on residents' individual needs and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Manage and supervise dietary staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address residents' dietary concerns.
- Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.
- Stay updated on nutritional trends and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dietary Manager or in a similar role.
- Must have completed an approved sanitation and safety course
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for different age groups.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Certification in Dietary Management is a plus.
