Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons - Take orders and accurately enter them into the system - Assist with food preparation and handling, ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
