Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Food Service operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food management or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge Food Service management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in relation to food handling and preparation
