```Duties``` - Oversee all aspects of Food Service operations, including menu planning, food production, and food preparation. - Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of food quality and service. - Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies. - Train and supervise staff in proper food handling techniques and customer service. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering services for special events or banquets. - Monitor financial performance and budget for the Food Service department. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the Food Service industry. ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a leadership role in the Food Service industry, preferably in restaurant management or banquet services. - Strong knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety regulations, and industry best practices. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and vendors. - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. - Proficient computer skills for menu planning, inventory management, and financial reporting.
