Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them to guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest requests and concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
