Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery to fabricate, package, and process food products
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and report any safety hazards or incidents
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and work procedures accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
