Reporting to the Food Production Manager, you will be responsible for working as part of a team, responsible for a designated Food Production area. A willingness to motivate and lead the food assembly team in a professional manner.

- Supervisor with day-to-day productions for assigned kitchen.
- Make sure all areas are kept well organized and all stock refills are ready for the next day.
- Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions within the cosigned sector.
- Make sure golden samples are used, team members follow specs, all documentation is completed, and random checks are done.
- Lead and motivate the Food Production team.
- Review production plan daily with Supervisor & communicate to team.
- Support in streamlining current process, e.g., accessibility, quality, and production assurance to guarantee best productivity.
- Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations.
- Responsible for adherence to Personnel Practices (GMP’s) and Processing Practices within the scope of the position
- Train and monitor new hires and ensure that manpower coverage at all times.
- Monitor attendance and meal breaks.
- Maintain production controls systems including daily production processes.
- Motivate, train, schedule and leads and food assembly helpers.

Who are you:
- Experience in a high-volume food service or food manufacturing establishment
- Culinary knowledge in terms of procedures and practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timeline goals and deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong leadership skills
- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and general food safety standards knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of catering set-up procedures and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate and write in English
- Ability to work with a diverse group.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Hands-on approach, self-driven and dedicated personality
- Be flexible to be on different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
