Sodexo is seeking a Production Manager for the Unites States Marine Corps, Mess Hall 24202, located in Quantico, VA. This is a high profile operation that is a component of a very high volume, high prestige, US Military contract. Position will be part of a management team of 2 to include a GM and a Production Manager with 2 to 3 additional front of house managers. Operation is located in the Quantico Virginia area and provides 7 day per week service, 3 meals per day, 365 days per year for a total of approximately 250,000 meals served annually. Operation(s) is cafeteria style service providing main entrees, vegetables, salad options, and a grill to officers of one of our prestigious military organizations.
This position is located on the Marine Corps base in Quantico, Virginia. This position will be providing leadership and supervision for approximately 3 managers, 20 full time staff, and 30 subcontract employees. On some occasions the Production Manager will be required to provide support to other 4 Mess Halls located at Quantico.

The successful candidate will:
- oversee Food Production / trayline operations with a variety of food
- handle food ordering and inventory
- perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, temperature and tray accuracy;
- establish and maintain a safe work environment;
- comply with budget requirements by controlling costs (i.e. labor, inventory, equipment, materials) and making adjustments when necessary;
- exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits; and/or
- perform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.
