Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
FoodPrep Responsibilities:

• Clean and chop/slice foods to be used in salads, sandwiches, side dishes, etc.
• May prepare and cook various dishes based on supervisor's needs as per set menu.
• Assemble, operate and disassemble the following equipment: meat and cheese slicer, food processor, R-2/Robocoupe, food choppers, and cutters, food blenders and mixers (floor and table models)
• Follow proper food safety requirements when handling, cooking and storing raw and prepared foods.

Utility Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, which includes washing equipment and service ware, receiving and distributing deliveries, proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room, trash removal and floor maintenance.
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, & stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms.
• Lift and move food, food containers and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one's own height.

Additional Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Perform specific jobs appropriate to the unit's circumstances determined by the supervisor.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift over 30 pounds.
