We are looking for an Experienced Manufacturing Engineer for a growing food company located in the Bartlett area!
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for applying standard and advanced test engineering
techniques, procedures, and skill sets to bring new products to production with quality and ensure production
goals can be grasped. They will effectively lead in a team setting to achieve results and lead projects. They
will develop and implement sound engineering practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsible for identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives using Industrial Engineering and
Lean Six Sigma tools to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities
- Project management specific to our Equipment installation and Factory development Early Management, and Lines Start up.
- Reviews production program equipment, hardware, and tooling; make recommendations for repairs or replacement.
- Oversees the development of new processes, methods, and production controls.
- Installs new equipment and ensures that it operates correctly; trains others to operate new machinery.
- Prepares operations manuals for new or existing equipment.
- Controls Knowledge
- Maintains knowledge of new and developing manufacturing technology, equipment, and applications; applies this knowledge to recommend and implement new technology and processes.

Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required. Masters a plus
- Minimum of seven to ten years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer required.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess problems or issues with Food Manufacturing equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of production principles and techniques.
- Proficient with computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.
- Able to work well independently, self-motivated and as a team member
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with management, employees, and others as required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
