Food Manufacturer - Cookie Divider Operator - 2nd Shift

PURPOSE STATEMENT
Responsible for running Cookie dividing machines that cut and separate dough chunks to a specific piece weight.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

• Operates dividers.
• Fills out batch cards.
• Controls piece weights.
• Monitors for bad product and removes from line
• Operates crane hoist to move dough troughs
• Dumps dough into hoppers from dough trough.
• Fill flour hoppers.
• Ability to work overtime has been and always will be an Essential Function of this position.
• Regular and consistent Attendance has been and always will be an Essential Function of this position

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Special certification may be required for use of forklift and chemicals
• Knowledge, skills, and ability to operate computer programs as needed
• One year experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment
• Medium to high degree of judgment required
• Basic math skills necessary
