Job Description
Position Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring the proper presentation of foods before they leave the kitchen. Also responsible for the kitchen area in the absence of Managers. Assists and supports kitchen and restaurant staff as needed.

Visually checks food quality, presentation and sets up trays for transportation. Checks guest food
quality and satisfaction. Receives feedback from guests regarding food quality and satisfaction.

Supervises, assists and supports kitchen and restaurant staff as needed. Addresses performance issues with staff.

Communicates any challenges to Chef and /or Restaurant Managers

Sets up daily specials by working closely with the Restaurant chef. Communicates daily specials with the staff at pre-meals.

Checks completion of side work for service staff.

Assists managers in overseeing cleanliness and sanitation.
