Allegheny Country Club has an excellent opportunity available for a skilled Expeditor.

In this role you will (but not limited to):

The primary role of the position is to support several departments to ensure food is prepared and delivered properly and efficiently.

• Transport food from kitchen to dining room to provide quality service.
• Advises the kitchen of any special instructions for orders
• Organizes all food orders and includes condiments, accessories, etc. on the tray for pick-up.
• Assists with the set-up of the dining areas and hors d’oeuvres set-up
• Cleans, refills, and restocks all dressings, serving silver, side plates, under lines, cheese graters, rolls, coffee beans, etc.
• Prepares cookie plates and herb toast baskets
• Assists co-workers with set-up and closing procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• Efficient and organized with the ability to pay attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments
