Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, stock, maintain and break down service stations in accordance with outlet standards.
- Assists department supervisor and manager in arranging counters, workstations, and condiment areas on a shift basis as well as for special events.
- Efficiently takes all guest beverage and food orders in a timely fashion.
- Utilizes Micros system to take guest orders, furnish receipt and provide change when applicable.
- Actively up sells products and uses endorsements at all appropriate service opportunities.
- Prepares food following preparation guidelines.
- Assists department supervisor and manager in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet.
- This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.
- Guest service experience preferred.
- Must be at least 19 years of age. Must be able to obtain New Mexico Alcohol Server permit.

- Standing and walking during entire shift covering large areas
- Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, carries and pushes
- Lifts and carries supplies, tubs, and cases, weighing up to 50lbs
- Essential hand/eye coordination
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior restaurant work environment
- Noise level is moderate
- Moderate exposure to cigarette smoke
- Limited exposure to physical risk
- Moderate physical effort required
