Perform duties to maintain a clean, professional work area at all times. Assures all areas of the kitchen meet the state safety guidelines. Ensures that all cleaning aspects of the kitchen area are clean from the back to front. Interact with customers and staff members. What will I be doing?
As a Steward you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities, driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensures that all food items are stored properly to meet with HGVC and state regulations.
- Clean and wash work area, refrigerator and utensils and prep area for next day.
- Remove trash and garbage and place in designated area.
- Assist as manager sees fit in other areas of food and beverage such as the marketplace and catering events.
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
- Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
