Food & Beverage Cart Attendant

Responsible for driving gas powered Beverage Cart around golf course and selling beverages and snacks from the cart, able to prepare Breakfast/Lunch menu items, make and serve Alcoholic beverages, Non-Alcoholic beverages, keep area for Bar & Grill up to Southern Nevada Health District standards. Will be required to work with others.
Key Responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Attendant:
1. Necessary commitment to work varied and flexible hours including days, evenings,
weekends and all Holiday and scheduled Club events.
2. Responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the
age of 21 years old.
3. Takes payment for beverages and snacks utilizing prescribed cash procedures.
4. Maintains beverage and snack quality and service standards for location.
5. Performs cart setup and breakdown procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and
organization of cart, golf course and facilities.
6. Responsible for driving gas powered Beverage Cart around golf course and selling
beverages and snacks from the cart.
7. Able to prepare Breakfast/Lunch menu items such as egg sandwiches, egg burritos,
hamburgers, hotdogs, quesadillas, and other similar bar and grill items.
8. Make and serve a variety of Alcoholic beverages and Non-Alcoholic beverages,
including some mixed drinks.
9. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
10. Performs special projects delegated by management.
11. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the
location.
12. Equipment check, looking for loose parts, appropriate functionality.
13. Be aware of, and enforce, company policies and procedures.
14. Knowledge of computer programs helpful: Point-of-Sale, CLOVER Devices, other
programs a plus also.
15. Willingness to work flexible hours.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Must be able to:
1. Able to communicate politely and professionally with the guests, members, customers
and fellow staff members.
2. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that
must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate are regularly required to drive a gas powered cart, sit, and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel.
1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands,
fingers, to feel, talk, and to hear.
2. This job requires sitting, standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, and
occasional climbing, carrying, balancing files or documents as any of these movements
are performed, or to kneel, crouch, etc.
3. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift
and/or move up to 25 pounds.
4. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for sustained periods of
time, and daily computer use.
5. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma
Nevada Driver's License, current & valid
Alcohol Awareness Card, current & valid
Las Vegas METRO issued non-gaming work card
Relevant Experience not required but a plus
