Food And Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Food and Beverage operations, including dining areas, kitchen, and bar
- Ensure high-quality Food and Beverage service to meet customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the dining experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in food production, including menu planning and recipe development
- Familiarity with shift management, including scheduling and labor cost control
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in inventory control and ordering processes
- Knowledge of kitchen management principles, including equipment maintenance and sanitation practices
- Understanding of food service operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
