• Assist in maintaining planned restaurant cost of sales
• Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance
• Research and develop new menus
• Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment
• No degree required
