Delaware North provides hospitality services at Charleston International Airport. We helped transform the airport’s dining options during its expansion and renovation in 2016. Travelers can dine at Jack Nicklaus’ Golden Bear Grill, created in partnership with the legendary golfer, or choose from an array of local favorites, such as Caviar & Bananas and Charleston Beer Works. - Assist in maintaining planned restaurant cost of sales
- Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance
- Research and develop new menus
- Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment
