Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Your leadership skills and industry knowledge will be crucial in driving the success of our establishment. Duties: - Manage and supervise all Food and Beverage operations, including the kitchen, dining area, and bar - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service - Create and update menus to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent kitchen management skills, including food production and quality control - Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices - Proficient in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff members - Solid understanding of restaurant management software systems - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for food service and hospitality management, we would love to hear from you.
