Lifeline Professional Counseling is licensed as an outpatient treatment facility with 7 locations throughout the valley. Lifeline specializes in evidence based and trauma informed techniques for mental health and addiction counseling.
Full time, Monday - Friday, 10am-7pm
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (e.g., front Desk Receptionist, dental receptionist, medical office clerk)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
