Folder Gluer Operator

DGM Gluer-Folder Operator (2nd Shift) - generous benefits and advancement potential.

Responsibilities:

• Operate DGM Gluer-Folder for Optimal Production, Output, and Quality.

• Make ready to Job Requirements with little or no supervision. Works with Department Lead for approval.

• Ability to understand Job Ticket Instructions, Proofs, and White Samples.

• Understand and perform preventive maintenance on the machine.

• Work with Bobst Die Cutter Lead to confirm the foldability of cartons while folding and gluing.

• Spot-checking throughout the production run, ensuring no changes or deviations from approved samples, Proofs, or Quality are occurring.

Expectations: • Minimum 5+ years of experience, dependable, willing to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.

• Must be organized and have the desire to perform at the highest level.

• The position requires a detail-oriented individual with good communication skills.

• Individuals must also be “Self-starters” and “Team players” to succeed.

• Manages consumables to ensure adequate inventory and maintains organization of dies.

• Use of a pallet jack to move materials from one area to another.

• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
