FOH Restaurant Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Wait Assists to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires excellent time management skills, basic math proficiency, and a passion for the food industry.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
