Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment/Cooler
- Stock shelves for designers, and ensure products are properly displayed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking merchandise
- Process Flowers upon their arrival
- Deliver Floral Arrangements in company vehicle throughout the day
Skills:
- Fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus) with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure customer satisfaction
- Clean driving record, and safe driving habits
- Cash handling experience for accurate and efficient transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
