Key Responsibilities:

• Property Research: Utilize online tools and databases to research and analyze property market trends, comparable sales, and neighborhood data.
• Listing Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling virtual presentations to potential sellers, outlining market strategies, property values, and the benefits of working with you as their agent.
• Property Marketing: Implement effective online marketing strategies to promote properties, property descriptions.
• Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
• Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Real Estate regulations.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License: Must hold a valid Real Estate license.
