Form of workThriving private practice in The Villages/Lady Lake Florida seeks to hire an Interventional Cardiologist to join busy solo physician. This additional cardiologist is needed to address growing patient load and treat this primarily senior-based community with the highest level of cardiovascular care. This practice believes in putting cardiovascular health at the very center of the community so they advocate listening, caring and educating patients at every step of the treatment process. Interventional and diagnostic catheterization skills required as well as Echo, TEE, & Nuclear skills. Pacer skills a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
- Read Ultrasound, Nuclears, Monitors, Holter's, Walking Stress, TEE, Medication Management,
- Perform 15-minute Follow Ups (25 Minimum per Day)
- Perform 30-Minute New Patient Visits

ABOUT THE VILLAGES/LADY LAKE
The Villages is located in Sumter County in Central Florida. It shares its name with a broader master-planned age-restricted community that spreads into portions of Lake and Marion counties. The overall development lies in central Florida, approximately 20 miles south of Ocala and approximately 45 miles northwest of Orlando.
Between 2010 and 2020, The Villages was the fastest growing metropolitan area in the United States, growing 39 percent, from about 93,000 in 2010 to about 130,000 in 2020. The Villages covers an area of approximately 32 square miles, an area larger than Manhattan and is expanding mostly to the south of the current community.
