Floral Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the floral department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory
- Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and answering any questions they may have
- Ensure that the floral department is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Train and supervise floral department staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales and inventory levels to meet financial goals and minimize waste
- Collaborate with other departments to create cross-promotional opportunities

Requirements:
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of lawn care products and practices is preferred
- Strong understanding of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Proficient in floral design techniques and trends
- Experience operating a cash register and handling financial transactions accurately
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
