```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a floral department or related field preferred
- Knowledge of garden and plant care techniques
- Fluent in Spanish or other multilingual skills a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell floral products effectively
- Proficient in floral design techniques and styles
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for retail transactions
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Cash handling experience is desired
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, orders, and schedules
