Job Overview: The Floral Designer - FLORIST - Seasonal Position will be responsible for designing and arranging floral bouquets, centerpieces, and other event décor items. The position requires enthusiasm, creativity, and attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service skills. This is a "HANDS ON POSITION"
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and create floral arrangements for various events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.
• Prepare orders with appropriate materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels, and ordering flowers and other supplies necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective services to our clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring operations areas remain clean and well stocked.
We will teach you:
• How to create floral displays
• Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Good organization and prioritization skills to handle high volumes of orders.
• .Knowledge of flowers, greenery, and other décor items
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
