Floral Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. Your artistic skills and attention to detail will help bring joy and beauty to our customers' lives.

Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative displays
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are prepared and delivered on time
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering suggestions
- Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Strong artistic abilities with an eye for color, texture, and design
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus
- in English and Spanish is beneficial

Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
